What "Affiliate" Means
GLP-1 Explained participates in affiliate programs with telehealth providers that prescribe GLP-1 medications. When you click a link to a provider on our site and subsequently sign up or purchase a subscription, we may receive a referral commission from that provider.
These commissions are paid by the provider, not added to your cost. The price you pay is the same whether you arrive via our link or navigate directly to the provider's website.
Current Affiliate Relationships

We will update this list as relationships are established. Any provider featured prominently in our comparison tables or with a "Get Started" button is either an affiliate or a provider we intend to establish an affiliate relationship with.
How Affiliate Status Affects Our Reviews
We have made a deliberate editorial choice to maintain independent scoring criteria regardless of affiliate relationships. Our provider rankings are based on:
- Price transparency and monthly cost
- Physician oversight included in the program
- Pharmacy type (503B preferred)
- Nutritional guidance included
- User experience and ease of access
A provider cannot pay to improve their ranking. If a lower-commission provider scores better on the above criteria, it will rank higher.
FTC Compliance
The Federal Trade Commission requires that affiliate relationships be disclosed clearly and conspicuously. In addition to this page, you will see inline disclosures on pages where affiliate links appear, typically worded as "Affiliate link — we may earn a commission."
